Our Chef

Chef Marco Pindo comes from the Abruzzi region of Italy. It is both there and in the United States that he has perfected his craft. An extremely talented chef, he has brought to South Florida the traditions of a true Italian restaurant.

The freshest and finest ingredients, prepared in some of the simplest ways to bring out the true “Sapori” of the dish. Chef Marco imports many of his ingredients directly from Italy. As he has in the past (he brought Chilean Sea Bass to South Florida 19 years ago), he was one of the first to introduce Branzini to the South Florida dining scene. Skate, Triple-tail, Corvina, etc., you can be sure to enjoy fish not found in other restaurants.

It is the closest thing to dining in Italy without having to take a plane!
