Over the years we have offered many different sauces and many different shapes and types of pasta. I would like to suggest some pasta and sauces that are traditionally served at home and in most trattorie in Italy. In addition I welcome you to join us on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for our special homemade pastas and sauces.

Bigoli Alla Grigia

Diced onion and guanciale sautéed and finished with pecorino and a lot of black pepper. Simple but “saporito”.

Rigatoni Alla Ciociara

Our homemade tomato sauce flavored with fresh oregano, percorino and topped with diced fresh mozzarella.

Pasta Al Ferro Alla Norcina

Slowly roasted bits of homemade sausages with shallots in black truffle oil, finished with triple cream and black truffle puree.
